Book a demo. We start with your problem
Thirty minutes, no slide deck. You tell us how customer conversations run today and where they break, we map that to the platform, and we walk you through the product doing exactly that.
- 1
Tell us about your setup
A few details up front so the call is not spent on the basics. Pick a slot and the invite arrives immediately.
- 2
We dig into where it breaks
Your volume, your channels, what your team still does by hand and what your customers complain about. Most of the value of the call is here.
- 3
We walk you through the fix
The product doing what we just discussed, what Kai would resolve at your volume, what it costs, and what going live actually involves.
Step 1 of 2
Tell us what you need
Four quick questions so we arrive knowing your situation. Then pick a time.
Step 2 of 2
Pick a time
You would be in good company
Support teams across 30 countries run their calls, chats and tickets on klink.cloud.
Before you book
How long does it take?
Thirty minutes, on Google Meet. The calendar shows real availability, so the slot you pick is confirmed straight away.
What actually happens on the call?
Roughly the first half is us asking questions: how customers reach you, what volume you handle, how work gets routed, what your team still does by hand and where things fall over. The second half is the product, shown against what you just described rather than as a feature tour.
Will you connect our channels on the call?
No, and that is deliberate. Connecting WhatsApp, a SIP trunk or your CRM properly needs your credentials, your team and more than thirty minutes. On the demo we show you how it works and what connecting yours would involve. The setup itself happens at onboarding, once you have decided to go ahead, and our team does it with you.
What should I have ready?
Nothing formal. A rough idea of your monthly conversation volume, which channels customers actually use, and what your team runs on today is enough to make the call useful.
Who should join from our side?
Whoever owns support operations, since most of the call is about how your team works. Someone technical is useful if you already know you will connect a CRM, a SIP trunk or your own APIs, but it is not required for a first call.
What happens after the demo?
If it looks like a fit, you get a written summary of what we discussed and a proposal for your volume. Going live is a separate onboarding call where we configure channels, queues and Kai with you. You can also just start free in the meantime.
We already use Zendesk or Freshdesk. Is this a rip and replace?
No. Zendesk connects as a channel, so its tickets appear in the klink.cloud inbox and Kai can answer them while you evaluate. Nothing has to be migrated on day one.
Will we be pushed into a contract?
No. You can start on pay as you go, which costs nothing until a conversation is actually resolved, and there is a seven day full refund on paid plans.
Would you rather just try it?
Go ahead. Try for free and connect a channel yourself. The demo is there when you want a second opinion on your setup.
Prefer to explore on your own?
Start free, connect your first channel in minutes, and book the call once you have questions worth asking.
