The Role
As our K-LINK Operations in Thailand Market continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Tech Support Engineer to join our team in Bangkok. As a Tech Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers, resolving their issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Tech Support, Pre-Sales Engineer or similar role, preferably in the field of Telecom, Cloud Communication Solutions (CloudPBX, On-Premise PBX Solutions, Unified Communications, or Contact Center Solutions)
- Thai National based in Bangkok: We are specifically looking for candidates who are currently residing in Bangkok, Thailand. This position requires local presence.
- Fluent in English and Thai: Strong proficiency in both English and Thai languages is essential, as you will be communicating with customers in both languages.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Tech Support, Pre-Sales, IT Support, or Networking: You should have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of practical experience in a similar role, providing technical support to customers. Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, networking protocols, and system configurations is highly desirable.

- Provide top-notch technical assistance to our esteemed customers, ensuring prompt resolution of their issues and concerns.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, addressing technical issues and providing effective solutions.
- Utilize your in-depth knowledge and experience to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical problems related to our Cloud Communication Solutions, Contact Center Solutions, including CPaaS and CCaaS.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and project managers, to address customer needs and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and solutions accurately and comprehensively, contributing to our knowledge base and best practices repository.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and advancements, continuously expanding your technical knowledge and skills.
