We are seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to join our team and play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our next-generation omni-channel contact center platform. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for automating deployment processes, optimizing infrastructure, and ensuring the scalability, security, and reliability of our platform. You will work closely with our development and operations teams to streamline workflows and enhance the overall platform performance
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to automate build, deployment, and release processes
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for our web applications, APIs, and databases
- Maintain and scale our cloud infrastructure (AWS, On-Premise) to meet growing demands
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues
- Ensure platform security through best practices, regular security audits, and vulnerability assessments
- Implement and maintain containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Automate configuration management and infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform or Ansible
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize platform performance and reliability
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in DevOps practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or a similar role
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Travis CI, CircleCI)
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using Bash, Python, or similar languages
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Strong understanding of infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, Cloud Formation)
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK Stack)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- DevOps certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator)
- Experience in AWS Cloud (MSK, ECS, EKS)
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and best practices
- Familiarity with database administration and optimization
- Experience with security and compliance best practices
- Understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies
