What does the credit pay for?
On Starter and Growth, calling is pay as you go, so you top up like a prepaid plan and pay for what you use. Unlimited packages are available through the sales team.
Where are the rates?
Outbound landline and mobile rates, inbound rates and monthly number pricing are published per country on the virtual phone number pricing page. Nothing is behind a quote form.
Can I pay in Thai baht instead?
Yes. There is a separate top up page for numbers issued in Thailand, billed in baht rather than US dollars.
Where can I see what we have used?
Call detail records in reporting show ring, queue wait and talk duration, trunk, status and tags for every call leg.
The top up has not appeared on our account.
