Run it as your own product
For enterprise BPOs, agencies and telcos who want to take a proven contact center platform to market under their own brand, instead of spending three years and an engineering team building one.
Private cloud and on premise deployment available.
Build it, or brand it
Building an omnichannel platform with voice, messaging and AI agents is a multi year engineering programme that has to be maintained forever. Branding a working one puts your name in market this quarter.
Your brand, front and centre
Your name, your colours and your domain across the agent workspace and the customer facing widget, so your customers experience your product rather than ours.
Your market, your pricing
You decide packaging and price in the markets you operate in, and you own the customer, the invoice and the renewal.
Deployed where you need it
Private cloud or on premise, which is usually what makes you viable for banking, insurance, telco and government tenders.
What running it as your own involves
Your name on the product
The workspace your agents log into and the chat widget your customers see carry your identity, not ours. Customers of your customers never need to know who built it.
- Your logo, colours and domain
- Branded chat widget for web, iOS and Android
- Your own onboarding and support experience
- Documentation you can put your name on
The whole stack, not a chat box
Voice with real telephony, every messaging channel, AI agents on chat and voice, reporting and open APIs. What you brand is a complete platform rather than a component you still have to build around.
- Cloud telephony, IVR, recording and monitoring
- WhatsApp, Viber, Messenger, LINE, Telegram and more
- Kai AI agents for chat and voice
- REST APIs, webhooks and SDKs for your own integrations
Run many customers on it
Separation per customer, roles that decide who sees what, and reporting you can hand to each account, so one deployment supports an entire book of business.
- Separation of queues, data and reporting per customer
- Role based access across accounts
- Exports and dashboards per customer
- BYOC so you keep your own carrier economics

Common questions
Who is white label for?
Enterprise BPOs, larger agencies and telcos who already have a customer base and a brand in their market, and want a contact center platform to sell as their own rather than reselling someone else name. It suits organisations with the commercial weight to carry the product, which is why it is a conversation rather than a signup.
How is this different from the reseller programme?
A reseller sells klink.cloud, and the customer knows it is klink.cloud. A white label partner sells their own product, which happens to be built on our platform. White label carries a higher commitment and, in exchange, a market where your brand is the one that compounds.
Can it be deployed in our own country or data centre?
Yes. Private cloud and on premise deployment are both supported, which is normally what makes a regulated tender possible in the first place.
Can we use our own carrier?
Yes. Bring your own carrier is supported, so if you already hold voice contracts you keep that economics rather than buying minutes through us.
What does it cost?
It depends on deployment model, volume and market, so we work it out together on the discovery call. It is a commercial partnership rather than a price list.
How long does it take to get to market?
Far less than building it. The variable is your side: branding decisions, deployment choice and enabling your team. We scope that on the call rather than quote a timeline we cannot yet stand behind.
