Virtual phone numbers

A local number wherever you sell

People answer local numbers and ignore foreign ones. Get a number in the market you are calling, or keep the ones you already have, and run both in the same platform as your chats.

No credit card required.

What a number actually has to do

Buying a number is easy. Making it work inside your support operation is the part that usually goes wrong.

Coverage where it matters

Numbers across the US, Europe and APAC, including Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore, with the local registration handled for you.

Or keep your carrier

Bring Your Own Carrier connects existing numbers, a PBX or a SIP trunk. Billed on concurrent calls from $50 a month for ten, so your telco keeps billing traffic.

Calls become part of the case

Recording and transcription attach automatically, so a call is as searchable as a chat and sits on the same customer timeline.

How it works

From activation to answering

Getting a number

Regulated, so not instant, but handled

Local telecom rules mean an activation form rather than a checkout. Most numbers are live within 24 to 48 hours; a few countries take 5 to 10 business days. Your first US or Canada number is free.

  • Activation form so local requirements are met
  • Most numbers live in 24 to 48 hours
  • First US or Canada number free

Using it

Queues, recordings and reports included

The number arrives inside a contact center rather than on its own. Inbound queues, IVR, callback, recording and full call detail records come with it.

  • Inbound queue groups with their own service level
  • Call detail records down to queue wait time
  • Recordings with playback and batch download

Common questions

How long does activation take?

Most numbers are live within 24 to 48 hours. A few countries require more paperwork and can take 5 to 10 business days. The activation form exists to meet local telecom regulation.

Can we keep our existing numbers?

Yes. Bring Your Own Carrier connects your numbers, PBX or SIP trunk, and your telco continues to bill traffic as it does today.

Are outbound minutes unlimited?

On Starter and Growth, calling is pay as you go, so you top up like a prepaid plan and pay for what you use. Unlimited packages are available through sales.

What about call quality in Asia?

The platform runs in the nearest AWS local zone, so APAC traffic is served from Singapore or Australia rather than crossing the Pacific, and per call quality is visible in reporting.
