How Credit+ built customer trust in three languages on one platform

How Credit+ built customer trust in three languages on one platform

For a young digital lender, trust is not a brand value. It is the product. Someone who has just applied for a loan on their phone and is waiting on the money is asking a time-sensitive question, and every slow or inconsistent reply takes something out of their confidence that is hard to put back.

Credit+ is a fast-growing Moroccan lending app: apply, get approved in minutes, receive the funds by bank transfer, no paperwork. That promise only holds if the experience around it feels effortless, and if it happens in the customer's own language. This is how Credit+ built that experience on klink.cloud, across six channels and three languages, with sentiment scored on every conversation.

The customer

Credit+ gives customers instant personal loans, applied for and approved in minutes, entirely from a phone. Its market is Morocco, and its customers reach out everywhere: WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, live chat and email, at all hours, in Darija, French and English.

That language mix is not a nice-to-have in Morocco. Customers move between Moroccan Arabic and French inside a single sentence, and being answered in the language you asked in is part of whether a lender feels like it is really yours.

The challenge: six channels, three languages, no shared view

Before klink.cloud, those conversations lived in separate tools with nothing joining them. An agent answering a WhatsApp message could not see that the same customer had already asked on Instagram. Response times varied by whichever channel a customer happened to pick, which is exactly the inconsistency that costs a lender confidence.

There was a second problem underneath the first. The story of the brand was being written in public, in social comments and app-store reviews, faster than any team could read it by hand. Credit+ needed to answer every customer and listen to the whole market at the same time.

One platform, two jobs

Respond: every conversation in one place

WhatsApp, social, live chat and email now land in a single multilingual inbox, where the team and the AI reply in Darija, French and English. The deployment is run against a 30 second first-response target across every channel, with SLA tracking behind it, so nobody waits on a queue they cannot see and nothing quietly slips.

Six channels became one workspace. That is the whole of the change from an agent's point of view, and it is the part that makes the rest possible.

Listen: every voice, not just the ones who answer a survey

The AI scores the sentiment of every conversation, rather than sampling the small minority who fill in a CSAT form, and auto-flags escalation risk. A supervisor sees a frustrated borrower while the conversation is still open, which is the only moment when acting on it is worth anything.

Alongside that, a managed Voice of Customer programme monitors social and app-store feedback across five public channels, analyses it in all three languages, and turns it into a prioritised monthly action plan. The market's opinion arrives as a list of things to fix, not as a dashboard nobody reads.

How it fits together

  • One inbox. Every channel in one workspace, with AI drafting and replying in Darija, French and English, SLA tracking and the 30 second first-response target.
  • AI sentiment. Frustration spotted early, on every conversation rather than a survey sample, with escalation risk flagged automatically.
  • Voice of Customer. Social and app-store feedback monitored, analysed in three languages and turned into a monthly action plan.

The channels feeding it are WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, live chat and email, with app-store reviews watched alongside them, all reporting into one set of SLA, KPI and Voice of Customer numbers.

Why it matters

Trust is protected. Fast, consistent replies in a customer's own language, on the channel they chose, keep a young lender's most valuable asset intact.

One source of truth. Every conversation and every public review in one place, so the team acts on real signal instead of guesswork about what customers are unhappy about.

Built to scale. As Credit+ grows and adds channels, the platform grows with it. No new tools, no new silos, and no rebuild of the support operation every time a channel is added.

The platform is genuinely very good, amazing work. It gives us visibility on every conversation and every sentiment, so we can see exactly why a customer was frustrated and go and fix it.

Customer Experience Team, Credit+

If your customers arrive in more than one language

Lending is an unforgiving version of a common problem. Any business whose customers reach it across WhatsApp, social, chat and email, in more than one language, ends up with the same two gaps: no single view of a customer, and no reliable idea of what the market is saying between surveys.

klink.cloud closes both in one platform. Every channel in one inbox, AI-assisted replies in your customers' languages, sentiment read on every conversation, and Voice of Customer intelligence telling you what to fix next. Book a demo and we will map your channels and languages onto it.
